Frosty morning on Egton Bank
I've always liked this view and have driven down this road so many times. This picture is of the road going down Egton Bank to Grosmont on a very frosty morning. I just love the way the cold icy blues contrast against the warm orange light of the sky and the wet road. As for whether it's a good picture or not I haven't got a clue, hopefully the picture fairy will come and sprinkle her magic picture dust on it over the next few days.

Umm, Chris, this painting is BEAUTIFUL so don't go worrying about whether it's a "good picture" or not, okay? :).
I have to agree with the comments above, especially as we are the proud owners of this painting. It takes pride of place in our home, we can almost see our cottage in the far distance.
