This one is set in the woods near Grosmont by my favourite beech tree.

I've finally got studio lights up and running

Hopefully this will mean decent photo's from now on and all done from the comfort of my own living room rather than waiting for hazy sunshine.

Studio lights are up and running

I'm working at the gallery now and am struggling to find a way of taking a decent photo. We had a lovely period of snow the other week and this is the result.

As ever I've been neglecting the blog, but here at last is a cracker. It's loosely based on a little spot in Falling Foss woods. I've been painting it in the gallery and it's been warmly received.
